New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute Selects Corporate Realty to Manage Property

Emeril Lagasse, Dickie Brennan, Ti Martin and Leah Chase were on hand to welcome the first class and supporters of NOCHI, The New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute for a sneak preview of the facility set to open Jan. 7, 2019.

Corporate Realty has been engaged to manage New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI), New Orleans’ premier culinary school.

 

NOCHI occupies five floors consisting of 93,000 square feet in a succession of interconnected properties at the corner of Carondelet Street and Howard Avenue in Downtown New Orleans. NOCHI will set a new standard for the future of culinary training and education in a state-of-the-art facility with teaching kitchens, a beverage lab, food science & sensory testing lab, production kitchen, and various classroom spaces.
