In July 2022, we settled in One American Place in downtown Baton Rouge to better serve office, retail, and industrial properties and needs in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. As the capital city, Baton Rouge plays a strategic role in the state and thus our business. Home to both local and state governments, the city also hosts Louisiana State University, medical complexes, banks, and a significant variety of professional services. It fans out from the Mississippi River to encompass a variety of communities such as Prairieville, Gonzales, and more. The River Parishes serve as an important economic connection between Baton Rouge and New Orleans. These parishes are located between these two cities and span both sides of the Mississippi River.
The heart of much industrial and logistical activity, this area is also important to Louisiana’s culture heritage, comprising part of Acadiana and known for its history, agriculture, cuisine, and ecosystems.
In May 2023, Cypress Property Management joined Corporate Realty. Formed in 1996 under the leadership of Henry W. “Hank” Tatje, III, this family-owned property management, leasing, and brokerage company has provided and will continue to provide valuable commercial real estate services throughout the River Parishes region, as well as Houma and the Greater New Orleans area.
Hank serves as head of the LaPlace/River Parishes office. He is an associate broker and commercial appraiser with Corporate Realty, providing his experience in property valuations and brokerage as well as a variety of commercial real estate services. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, with more than 45 years of experience as a commercial and residential real estate appraiser.
Lauren Tatje Marmande serves as both broker and property manager for clients.
