Corporate Realty has been selected by CoStar Group, Inc., the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, to receive a CoStar Power BrokerTM Award for bring a ‘Top Leasing Firm’ and a ‘Top Sales Firm’ in the New Orleans Market.
Colleen K. Berthelot, Jeff Cohn, Andrea A. Huseman, Michael Siegel and Bruce Sossaman swept the Office Leasing category for Corporate Realty.
Jonathan Fawer, Larry Rabin, Michael Siegel and Hayden W. Wren were recognized as being the ‘Top Retail Leasing Brokers.’
Hayden was also recognized for being a “Top Industrial Leasing Broker,” and he and Mike were recognized for being two of the “Top Sales Brokers.”
These annual industry award recognizes distinguished professionals in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the achievements of the firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases in 2015 within their respective markets.
In order to be selected for this honor, Corporate Realty’s overall transaction volumes were evaluated by CoStar against other commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region and ranked among the top firms in the market. The individuals recognized had their overall transaction volumes were evaluated against other commercial real estate brokers active in the region and subsequently ranked among the top brokers in the market.
