Colleen Kuebel Berthelot of Corporate Realty recently helped Advanced Surgery Center find a new location in Metairie. They will be occupying the former location of Foodies Kitchen at 720 Veterans Boulevard. Advanced Surgery Center of Metairie is in the process of refinishing the building and will likely be operating by the end of 2012. The center is a branch of SurgCenter Development, which partners with local doctors to open small facilities, usually with one to three operating rooms. SurgCenter, which has similar offices in Covington, Shreveport and Harvey, took the back portion of the site, leaving the front end of the property available for future development.
