Performance Software, an Arizona-based systems and software engineering firm, recently announced that they signed a sublease agreement with Catlin, Inc. for office space on the 26th floor at 400 Poydras St. to serve as their new offices in New Orleans. Colleen Berthelot represented Performance Software in their search and negotiations for office space in New Orleans. The company has rented approximately 4,618 square feet. They are trying to hire at least six entry-level engineers and between eight and ten interns by June 1. Performance Software plans to hire 20 full-time engineers by the end of the year.
