In the News: Tin Roof Opens in New Orleans, Revitalizing Historic Building

Tin Roof, a renowned entertainment and dining establishment, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its latest venture at 226 Bourbon Street in the heart of New Orleans. Located along this iconic entertainment destination, Tin Roof seeks to become a cultural and culinary hub, blending the live music of New Orleans with a tasty dining experience that features its Southern-inspired “Better than Bar Food.”

The New Orleans location is Tin Roof’s twenty-first venue. In 2002 the Original Tin Roof opened near Nashville’s famed Music Row and gave a stage to now-famous musicians like Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, and many others.  Tin Roof plans to build on this musical heritage here in New Orleans. “We are excited to be a part of the vibrant culture and rich history of New Orleans,” said Bob Franklin, the company’s CEO. “We have created a new space for live music and celebrations on Bourbon Street that will add to the dynamic mix of venues on this world-famous street.”

Tin Roof made a significant investment with a full redevelopment of this Greek Revival, three-story brick townhouse with double covered galleries. The building was fully rebuilt from the ground up bringing all three levels of the structure back into commerce while preserving the integrity of the historic building.

Our own Austin Lavin, CCIM, assisted Tin Roof in site selection and lease negotiations, and Sydney Anderson of Sydney Anderson Realty assisted the landlord.
