Jonathan Fawer has extensive real estate experience in Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama and Mississippi. As a retail associate with Corporate Realty he is responsible for landlord and tenant representation.
Jonathan is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of The Tulane University School of Business with a B.S.M. and a concentration in Accounting.
Jonathan began his real estate career by heading up the Research Department for John Kushner & Associates. His work in the Research Department provided him with in-depth information of the New Orleans market, the ability to track changing and shifting market trends and the background knowledge of local real estate transactions.
For the past twenty (20) years Jonathan has specialized in retail properties. He has hands-on experience in all aspects of representation including market studies, site selections and final negotiations. Jonathan has represented clients such as Wal-Mart Stores, Lowe’s Home Improvements, Sears Roebuck & Co., Dick’s Sporting Goods, Capital One (formerly Hibernia National Bank), Darden Restaurants, Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks Coffee, Whataburger, LA Fitness, PetsMart (co-broker), Walgreens, Albertsons, T-Mobile, Michaels, Just For Feet, Computer City, Payless ShoeSource, Ulta Cosmetics, Blockbuster Video, ExxonMobil, AMC Theatres, Toys ‘R Us, Charming Shoppes, Fashion Bug, Catherines Store and Added Dimension, to name a few.
Jonathan’s landlord representation includes institutional and local owners with shopping center sizes ranging from 30,000 square feet up to 1,000,000 square feet.
Jonathan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and past President of Jewish Family Services.
