Jonathan is a retail associate with Corporate Realty and is responsible for tenant and landlord representation. He has extensive real estate experience in Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, and Mississippi.

Jonathan began his real estate career leading the Research Department for John Kushner & Associates. This work provided him with in-depth information on the New Orleans market, the ability to track changing and shifting market trends, and an extensive background knowledge of local real estate transactions.

For more than 30 years, Jonathan has specialized in retail properties. His representation expertise includes market studies, site selections, land assemblages, entitlements, and final negotiations. Jonathan has represented clients such as Starbucks, Costco, Lowe’s Home Improvements, ALDI, TJ Maxx, Marshalls®, HomeGoods, Capital One, Harbor Freight Tools, Walgreens, Michaels®, Darden Restaurants, Texas Roadhouse, Burger King®, Whataburger, Raising Cane’s, Zoe’s Kitchen, Dick’s Sporting Goods, LA Fitness, PetSmart, Albertsons, T-Mobile, Famous Footwear, Payless ShoeSource, Kendra Scott, ExxonMobil, AMC Theatres, Toys ‘R Us, and Discount Tire, to name a few.

Jonathan’s landlord representation includes institutional, regional, and local owners with shopping center sizes ranging from 30,000 square feet (sf) up to 1,000,000 sf.

Jonathan is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, with a B.S.M. and a concentration in Accounting. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR). He is an Executive Bo0ard Member of Gates of Prayer and the Contemporary Arts Center as well as a former president of Jewish Family Services. He was recognized as one of GlobeSt’s Retail Influencers for 2022.
