Jeffrey J. Feil and The Feil Organization are pleased to announce their acquisition of the leased fee interest of the land at 111 Veterans Blvd. in Metairie, Louisiana.

The land is improved with the eighteen (18) story, 353,000± square foot Heritage Plaza office building. The land parcel contains 154,335 sf and is subject to a long-term ground lease with the ownership group of Heritage Plaza.
