Hayden W. Wren, III, CCIM, SIOR, CPA Director, Commercial/Investment Brokerage

Hayden’s real estate career spans 30 years. He has been actively involved in virtually every facet of commercial and investment brokerage, from tenant representation to assemblages of land for downtown mixed-use development projects. In pursuing this end, Wren has become a specialist in the sale/acquisition of Central Business District development land, having participated in excess of $50,000,000 in sales in the New Orleans CBD alone. His brokerage activity includes investment property wherein recently he has participated in sales in excess of $500,000,000. This area of specialization includes Class “A” office buildings, hotels, mid-to-large size strip shopping centers and apartments.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Wren received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is a five time Poche Waguespack award winner, an annual award given for the largest dollar amount of commercial transactions generated in the Metro New Orleans Area. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and also is a licensed Certified Public Accountant having membership affiliations with the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. Wren also serves on the Board of Directors of Guaranty Savings Bank.
