Terry Nunez, a Property Manager with Corporate Realty, has recently been named to CityBusiness’ “Ones to Watch” List.

His responsibilities include management and oversight of a diverse group of properties in the asset and property management portfolio in Louisiana and Mississippi. His duties include budget preparation and implementation, owner/client reporting, accounting oversight, tenant relations, lease administration, preventive maintenance program implementation, work order database maintenance, contractor and vendor management and oversight, insurance and liability auditing, all phases of daily repair and maintenance and construction management.

Nunez received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a minor in management from the University of New Orleans.
