2105 Oak Villa Blvd is now sold. The two-story, approximately 48,125-sf building on six acres of land was purchased by Cornerstone Flooring Companies, who will move its headquarters to this location. The property is located in the northeast suburbs of Baton Rouge, just slightly more than one mile off U.S. Hwy 190 in an industrial pocket adjacent to Amazon’s newly constructed fulfillment center.
