Yesterday, The Urban Land Institute of Louisiana (which our own Andrea Huseman holds the Chair of Mission Advancement) held a pre-opening tour of The Saint Hotel on Canal Street.    View here.

This historic property is in final stages of construction, and according to ULI was rehabilitated for less than 50% of the buildings replacement cost by using modern materials to replace missing features while complying with the current building codes as well as the requirements for Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits.
