William is both a Sales and Leasing Associate for Corporate Realty, working on a variety of retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial projects.
He has a wide range of experience in landlord and tenant representation across Louisiana. William has represented numerous national and local companies including Entergy Corporation, Arby’s, McAllister’s, Krystal, T-Mobile, Raymond James, Piccadilly, Papa John’s, Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and Marco’s Pizza. He has represented local landlords for iconic properties such as the Market Street Power Plant and 500 Bourbon Street, former home of the Chris Owens Club. He has assisted investors and developers in analyzing acquisitions and dispositions of office towers, multi-tenant shopping centers, and mixed-use projects. He has been involved in the sale of multiple national fast-food restaurants throughout the state of Louisiana.
William joined Corporate Realty in 2015 as a research analyst. In 2021 he was recognized as a Commercial Rising Star by the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR). In 2022 William joined the board for CID NOMAR, and he was elected to the 2024 CID Governing Board Election Slate.
William graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. He is currently working toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
