Randy is an active Sales and Leasing Associate with Corporate Realty. Formerly he served as a marketing representative with Anheuser Busch, Inc. Randy entered the commercial real estate business in May, 1988. His initial five (5) years were spent representing a host of institutional landlord clients including: The Travelers, Equitable Life, New York Life, Prudential; and Equity Office Properties. This landlord representation included the development and implementation of leasing/marketing plans and the responsibility for tenant retention and creating 95% leased properties for the ownership

During the past twenty-three (23) years Randy has utilized the experience garnered during his work with landlords and has lent it to representing tenants in the Louisiana/Mississippi market place. The knowledge of landlord’s sensitivities to various leasing issues has proven invaluable in the scope of tenant representation. Tenants that have benefited from Randy’s experience include: Capital One Bank; Regions Bank; IBM; Morgan Stanley Smith Barney; New York Life Insurance; Taylor Energy; AON; AXA; New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau; Entercom (WWL Radio); Tribune Broadcasting (WGNO-TV); Northrop Grumman, ITT, DirectTV; Intermarine, Inc., and People’s Health Network.

Randy has had the opportunity of working on some of the more interesting and complex transactions giving him the insight and experience for taking on leasing and acquisition projects for a wide range of clients across a variety of different industries.

During his twenty-eight (28) plus years of real estate experience, Randy has been involved with over 900 lease transactions representing 5,000,000 square feet of office lease transactions.

Randy is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a 1975 graduate from the University of Missouri with a degree in Economics and Finance.
