The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (NOMAR) recently recognized three Corporate Realty agents as 2013 CID Achievement Award Winners. Colleen Berthelot, Andrea Huseman and Meg Carrone were recognized for exceeding $2.5 million in transactions in 2013. In addition, Colleen Berthelot was recognized for having the top office sale for the sale of 3616 S. I-10 Service Rd. in Metairie and Andrea Huseman won the ‘Peanut Award’ for registering the smallest transaction of the year.


The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (NOMAR) is the commercial arm of the association. CID provides its members with opportunities to gain extra professional knowledge in the marketing and management of commercial and investment properties in New Orleans and Louisiana. This was the 21st annual distribution of these awards.
