Local tech blog, Silicon Bayou News, reports that Springboard Baton Rouge, a co-working space for entrepreneurs, is slated to open January 1st inside the Kress building at Third and Main streets.
The 12,000-square-foot space developed by the Vision City Development Group will feature 40 cubicles available for renters and 30 offices. Springboard is offering a variety of lease terms and businesses will be able to rent an office or desk by the month, week or day.
Corporate Realty is excited about the tremendous energy surrounding entrepreneurship in the Louisiana region. We’re glad to see more of the incubator spaces opening, and we’re ready to help the companies in these spaces find their next offices when they graduate from these co-working spaces.
Springboard follows Entrepreneur Headquarters, located in Perkins Row, the first co-working space in Baton Rouge.
