Stirling Properties and CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. recently commemorated the groundbreaking of Ambassador Town Center, an approximately 425,000 square-foot shopping center anchored by Costco Wholesale in Lafayette.

Corporate Realty Director of Retail Larry Rabin and Senior Sales Associate Jonathan Fawer represented 71 percent of the new Ambassador Town Center, a 58-acre 439,638 sf center in Lafayette, La. Rabin and Fawer represented Dick’s Sporting Goods/Field Stream combo store (100, 019 sf), Marshalls/HomeGoods combo store (45,000 sf), PetSmart (12,150 sf), and Costco store (153,973 sf) in the center, which marked the national retailer’s third store in Louisiana. The leases Corporate Realty’s retailers signed enabled the developer to start the project.
