Colleen Kuebel Lewis, and Rick Door with CRESA Denver, represented BioScrip Infusion Services Inc., formerly known as CarePoint Partners, in their lease of 15,000 sf at 5401 Jefferson Highway in New Orleans, LA.

BioScrip administers life sustaining medicine through anti-infective therapy, cardiac care, nutrition support, immunoglobulin therapy, transplant care and hemophilia care. The new space is for a facility that includes a sterile compounding pharmacy and innovative treatment center.

The new 15,000-square-foot facility will have 44 full-time employees.
