Emily Kramer and Richard Weber represent fast-growing New York chain restaurant Pokéworks as they expand to Louisiana. Pokéworks first local location will be in between Sucré and Bravo! Cucina Italiana at the Lakeside Shopping Center in Metairie.

Pokéworks serves poke burritos, poke bowls, and poke salads with options like ahi tuna, salmon, albacore tuna, scallops, and shrimp, as well as sous vide chicken and tofu.

The first Pokéworks swung open in New York’s Midtown in 2015 and quickly exploded to 18 locations in the U.S. and Canada with plans to have 100 by 2020.
