Colleen Kuebel Berthelot was recently recognized by CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) for holding the designation since 1988 and for providing 25 years of service and dedication. Colleen was the President of the Louisiana and Mississippi CCIM in 1998 and has served on various committees and held other executive positions in the organizational structure both locally and nationally.


Colleen has also held the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation) since 1997. Colleen’s experience includes the major disciplines of office, retail, industrial and investment property acquisition and dispositions.  Her broad knowledge of the real estate market has been advantageous in many of her negotiations whether representing tenants or landlords.  Throughout her career, Colleen has taken pride in representing both local and national clients such as Ochsner Foundation, Dolan Media, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, AAA Insurance, Crowley Maritime, Lockheed Martin, Columbia HCA, Ceco Concrete, Cox Communications, LLOG Exploration, JP Morgan/Chase and Ingersoll Rand.
