Developer Chris Sarpy is developing on a seven-unit apartment complex at 2802 Magazine St. that includes 4,500 square feet of ground floor retail space that is being leased to Lafayette-based Brick and Spoon Restaurant. Richard Weber, a Retail Sales Associate with Corporate Realty, represented the landlord in this transaction. Construction on the project started earlier this month and while the restaurant is aiming for an opening later this year, the entire building should be finished in approximately 15 months.
