Vanessa Graf oversees Corporate Realty Title Agency and assists with title and zoning matters. A licensed Louisiana attorney, she specializes in real estate law and title insurance, with experience in underwriting and resolving complex title issues. Her background includes office leasing, commercial acquisitions, sales, and multifamily development.

Before joining Corporate Realty, Vanessa practiced with the Business Practice Groups at Phelps Dunbar and Jones Walker, representing clients in healthcare, solar, and port development transactions. She began her career at Sessions, Nathan, Fishman & Israel, LLC, and interned with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the 24th Judicial District Court.

Vanessa holds a J.D. from Tulane University Law School and a B.A. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Land Title Association, the Association for Women Attorneys (AWA) where she previously served as President, and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), where she serves on the Board of Directors as Co-Chair of the Programs Committee.
