Sue is the Director of Property Management at Corporate Realty, where she oversees operations at 1515 Poydras, a 27-story, 529,474-rsf, Class A office building in the New Orleans CBD. In addition to managing this high-profile asset, she is director of the property management team, sharing her extensive knowledge and leadership experience.

Before joining Corporate Realty, Sue was the Executive Vice President/Group Manager at JLL for both 1515 and 1555 Poydras buildings, managing 1 million sf. Since joining JLL in 2008, she provided oversight for office and industrial properties throughout New Orleans metro area. Throughout her tenure, Sue earned numerous awards, including JLL Americas Property Manager of the Year, Property Manager of the Year (multiple times), Coach of the Year, and Team Player of the Year. In 2023 Sue and her team were awarded the Year-Over-Year Client Service Excellence Award. She also had leadership roles, serving on the JLL National Executive Advisory Council and as program captain for the JLL Houston/New Orleans Region.

Sue began her commercial real estate career at Columbus Properties, formerly Joseph C. Canizaro Interests, becoming Asset Manager for a portfolio of more than 2 million sf. She later joined Hertz Investment Group as a Senior Property Manager, where she managed 1 million sf of Class A high-rise buildings in the CBD.

Sue has an active Louisiana real estate license. In 1995, she earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management^® (IREM®). She is a founding board member of CREW New Orleans, a current member and former membership chair of IREM^®, and a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR).
