Seth is a Sales and Leasing Agent and a Research Analyst for Corporate Realty. As a research analyst, he is responsible for researching leasing and sales data in the office and retail sectors, providing financial analysis, detecting trends in the marketplace, and cultivating new opportunities.

As an agent, he works on various retail-specific assignments and is part of the teams that represent leasing efforts in Magnolia Shopping Center, Gentilly Shopping Center, Elmwood Oaks Shopping Center, Oak Park Shopping Center, and Terry Parkway. He also helps represent America’s Thrift Stores in site selections throughout Louisiana.

Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Seth had internships at MA Architects, where he built scale models for projects and their neighborhoods, and MAPP Construction as an assistant project manager. In this role, he collected and organized information for active projects and coordinated with contractors.

Seth holds a real estate license in Louisiana. A New Orleans native, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, concentrating in supply chain, operations, and logistics, and holds a certificate in AI Literacy. He is also proud to have been part of Team Fleur de Que, a 2026 Hogs for the Cause team that raised one of the event’s largest sums for pediatric brain cancer research.
