Ryan is the General Manager for Energy Centre, a 761,500-sf, a 39-story Class A office building.

Ryan has extensive knowledge of Energy Centre, as he has been at the property since 2012 and the General Manager since 2015 with the Hertz Investment Group, prior to Corporate Realty assuming property management and leasing services in 2024.  He began his property management career with multi-use, retail, and residential properties at RE/MAX Commercial. He was also an accountant with Reynolds & Company CPAs.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. The New Orleans native is a licensed agent in Louisiana and achieved the Certified Property Manager designation. He is an active member of the Louisiana chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and he previously served on the board.
