Richard is a sales and leasing associate. His experience includes tenant and landlord representation, land assemblage, single- and multi-tenant retail development, and management of both multi-tenant office properties and multi-family apartment complexes.

Some of the Richard’s current and past relationships include ALDI, Five Below, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Discount Tire, Banfield Pet Hospital, Walgreens, Albertsons, Bloomin’ Brands, T-Mobile, Twin Peaks Restaurants, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Bridgestone/Firestone Inc., TITLE Boxing Company, TGI Fridays, Whataburger, CycleBar, Earthbound Trading, Mooyah Burger, Blaze Pizza, D-1 Fitness, Pokéworks, West Marine, Kay® Jewelers, Brothers Food Mart, Wonder Cuts, and Cycle Gear. He also works with CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), the Domain Companies, Howard Hughes Company, and others.

Richard is a member of both International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and ChainLinks and is a past board member of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR).

Richard, born and raised in New Orleans, graduated from Southern Methodist University.
