Neila is a Property Manager for Riverside Park, a two-building complex in Metairie, and One Canal Place, a Class A office tower in the CBD. In these roles, she manages the daily operations and is also responsible for yearly budgets and other financial aspects of the properties. She also handles lease administration.

She joined Corporate Realty as a Property Administrator in 2014 and was promoted to manager in 2015. Prior to joining the company, Neila was a property manager for Equity Office Properties (EOP), where she served at the 1.2 million sf Lakeway Center in Metairie. During her seventeen years at EOP, she oversaw operating expense billings and reconciliations, budget preparation and reforecasting, and Accounts Payable/Receivables.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Concordia University Wisconsin.
