Lawless is a Sales and Leasing associate with Corporate Realty. He is responsible for researching and identifying business development opportunities in commercial real estate, with a specific focus on multi-family investment properties.
Lawless began his real estate career in 2018 as a licensed agent. His focus is on assisting investors with buying multi-family properties as well as developers in acquiring vacant land for multi-family new construction development. He also is a tenant rep for local businesses who want to lease retail space.
Prior to becoming an agent, Lawless was a project manager at the Louisiana Department of Economic Development, then Economic Development Advisor in the Office of Recovery Management in the Department of Economic Development for New Orleans. He went on to oversee business development for family owned A La Carte Specialty Foods, then taught social entrepreneurship at Tulane University. He has also advised small business owners through various non-profit organizations like The Good Work Network and Fund 17.
He is an HBCU graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Morehouse College. He also completed a Master of Science in International Affairs at Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky and a Master of Arts in Global Development from the Payson Center for International Development at Tulane Law School.
A New Orleans native, Lawless is the founder of JunMagnolia: The Champagne of Kombucha.
