Andrea’s career in commercial real estate began in 1986, and she joined Corporate Realty in March of 1999. She represents the leasing efforts in One Canal Place as well as other clients for their office, retail, and/or commercial investment needs.
She has represented Corporate Realty in more than $250,000,000 of commercial transactions, working with clients like Phelps Dunbar, LLP; AT&T; EDF Mann; GNO, Inc.; Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta; Hewlett Packard; Schlumberger; Harrah’s Casino; Chevron Progressive Insurance; Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream; Hancock Bank; Downtown Development District (New Orleans); State Farm; National Bank of Canada (PNCB); several GSA agencies; Cendant Corp; NOLA Media; Lucid; CPX; and Ochsner.
She has been a top producer. She won the Ruby Award from the New Orleans Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club in 1988 and 1990 for the highest number of commercial transactions, and in 1989 she won the Diamond Producer award for the highest total value of commercial transactions. In 1997, 1998, and 1999 she won the Commercial Investment Division’s award for the largest single lease transaction of the year. In 1999 and 2008, she won the award for the largest total overall transaction in the office leasing category, and in 2009 she won the F. Poché Waguespack award for the highest volume in the industry of sales and leases. In 2015 she won the award for the largest office transaction in the office sale category, in 2019 she won Diamond Producer and Largest Transaction in Office Lease of the year, and she most recently was recognized as a Gold Producer for 2020. In 2004 she was named one of CityBusiness’ Women of the Year.
She achieved her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a director of the Commercial Industrial Division (CID) of New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR). She is also involved in many professional and community groups and has held leadership roles such as holding the position of Past President of the Louisiana/ Mississippi CCIM Chapter and Louisiana Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women Network) as well as serving on the Provost Council at Tulane University and Newcomb College Alumni Association. She was a Past Council Chair of the Louisiana Chapter of ULI and past member of the Governance ULI Advisory Board. She was also the Past Chair of Impact 100 of Greater New Orleans Foundation, with which she remains active. In 2021 she became a board member of GNO, Inc. She is also a member of the class of 2022 for the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI).
When she is not working, she enjoys being with her family, sailing, cooking, traveling, and enjoying nature.
