Hoyt Greer is the Property Manager for One American Place, a building that he has overseen for 14 years. He brings more than 50 years of commercial property management experience throughout the state to our clients. Previous and current owners and clients include Gemini Rosemont, Affirmative Insurance Company, Lennar Partners, Schroder Center Management Company, The Union Carbide Pension Fund, and Landmark Land Company. Properties managed include high rise and low-rise office buildings, office parks, industrial and warehouse properties, regional and strip shopping centers and a festival retail mall. His diverse management skills include preparing large properties for sale and disposition, redevelopment of underperforming space, changes in use, insurance claim management/disaster recovery, and management consulting.

Hoyt holds the prestigious CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and was the Louisiana IREM Chapter President in 2009.
