Hayden is the Director of Commercial and Investment Brokerage. His real estate career spans more than thirty-five years and virtually every facet of commercial and investment brokerage, from tenant representation to assemblages of land for downtown mixed-use development projects. Hayden’s specialty is the sale and acquisition of development land, having participated in excess of $75 million in sales in the New Orleans’ Central Business District (CBD) alone. His brokerage activity also includes investment property in which he has participated in sales transactions grossing more than $650 million. These properties included Class A office buildings, hotels, mid- to large-size strip shopping centers, and apartments.

Hayden is a five-time F. Poché Waguespack award winner, an annual award given for the largest dollar amount of commercial transactions generated in the Metro New Orleans Area, and is one of only three individuals inducted into the F. Poché Waguespack Hall of Fame. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

A native of New Orleans, Hayden received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University.
