Emily represents both tenants and landlords. Since 1996, she has been involved in numerous retail and office transactions throughout southeast Louisiana as well as Mississippi.

Corporate tenant representation assignments include Pacific Dental Services®, CAVA Brands, SalonCentric (a L’Oréal company), Boot Barn, Famous Footwear, Rainbow Apparel, BioLife Plasma Services, and Earthbound Trading Company.  She has represented the franchisees for Jersey Mike’s Subs, Blaze Pizza, Mooyah Burger, TITLE Boxing Company, and The Lash Lounge. Other franchise concepts she has placed include D-1 Sports Training, CycleBar, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Spavia Day Spa, Fantastic Sams, Plato’s Closet®, Style Encore®, and Once Upon a Child. Emily represented GameStop, Inc. and established them in 60 locations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.

She also represents landlords in the selling and/or leasing of property in southern Louisiana and Mississippi, including VEREIT, CIM Group, National Retail Properties, Covenant Real Estate Group, and various local ownership. Emily handled the site selections for Guaranty Savings Bank in New Orleans and served as a disposition representative for A&P Sav-A-Center and Shell/Motiva (for whom she sold 19 of its excess properties).

Emily is currently the leasing representative for the 95,000-sf Westbank Village Shopping Center in Harvey.

She represented CIM Group for leasing three Louisiana shopping centers totaling  over 311,000 sf.  Previously, she was on the leasing team for Pinnacle Nord du Lac, a power center owned by Brookfield Properties and handled leasing for both the 166,000 sf Northlake Shopping Center in Mandeville (where she renewed/created leases of 30,526 sf) and the 17,000 sf Terry Parkway Shopping Center (where she renewed/created new leases of 8,462 sf).

Through her professional membership in organizations such as ChainLinks Retail Advisors (a national retail referral network), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), Emily has developed contacts throughout the nation.  She is also often referred retail business needs in Louisiana by CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (JLL) offices throughout the country.

She graduated from Florida State University. In her spare time, Emily serves her community during elections as an Election Commissioner-in-Charge.
