Cristina DeSalvo is the Property Manager of BankPlus Tower (also known as 909 Poydras Tower), a Class A office tower at 909 Poydras Street.

Cristina began her commercial property management career with Hertz Investment Group at 909 Poydras Tower, advancing from Property Administrator to Assistant Property Manager, before becoming Property Manager of Poydras Center, another Class A office tower in downtown New Orleans. Over four years in that role, she deepened her expertise in property operations, financial performance, tenant relations, capital projects, and asset optimization. In September 2026, she joined Corporate Realty as Property Manager of 909 Poydras, returning to the building where her career began nearly a decade ago.

Cristina holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and is a licensed Louisiana real estate professional. She is also an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater New Orleans and serves as a Member-at-Large.

Cristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. A lifelong New Orleans-area resident, she resides in Metairie with her husband, Philip, and their son, Blake.
