Maureen  provides project management and construction coordination services to clients such as  the New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans, Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans, Faubourg Brewing Company and Tulane University.

Maureen has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate and development including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties. Prior to joining Corporate Realty, she served as Executive Vice President of Latter and Blum Property Management and as Vice President and Director of Real Estate Services for the University of New Orleans Foundations. At the UNO Foundations, Maureen worked with the university partners in the acquisition, development, and asset management of Foundation real estate.

Maureen earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Real Estate concentration from the University of New Orleans and an Urban Redevelopment Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence.

Maureen currently serves as a board member for the Northshore Community Foundation. Her prior board experience includes the Bureau of Governmental Research and the NOAIDS Task Force. She is a past president of Habitat for Humanity, St. Tammany West, the Louisiana chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and a former member of IREM’s national faculty.
