Carol joined Corporate Realty in 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager where she provided support to the Property Management team with lease administration and financial reporting oversight. After a short period of time, her skills were recognized and she was promoted to the role of Property Manager.  Her current portfolio of managed properties includes office and retail assets in the metropolitan New Orleans area as well as north Louisiana.  Carol is a very effective property manager and understands the keen balance between client and tenant.

Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Carol was the owner and operator of a marketing company in Los Angeles before moving back home to New Orleans. She began her real estate career in 2019 with Latter & Blum selling residential properties.  While Carol had a successful residential real estate career, she often worked with commercial brokers and managers, and decided to make the career crossover from residential to commercial to broaden her real estate skills.

Carol is a licensed Louisiana real estate agent and is currently working toward a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.
