Caelan is a member of the Office Leasing and Sales team for Corporate Realty as well as being a member of our Research team. He is responsible for researching leasing and sales data in the office and retail sectors, detecting trends in the marketplace, and cultivating new opportunities.

Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Caelan worked in the restaurant industry as a server and bartender, both in New Orleans and in New York. He has previously worked in marketing at Comcast Silicon Valley Innovation Center, and in business development at the San Francisco based adventure travel start-up Untrodden.

Originally from New York, Caelan completed a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science at Dartmouth College, and moved to New Orleans in 2021. He is a licensed real estate agent who is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
