Brittany is the Human Resources Generalist for Corporate Realty. She is responsible for policies and procedures throughout the company as well as payroll, benefits, and leave administration and daily human resources functions.

Brittany has been a human resources administrator at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she handled a variety of responsibilities, including overseeing employment processes, establishing and reviewing hiring procedures, and assisting with developing and implementing the university’s first compensation structure. Most recently, she was an HR Specialist at Southern University at New Orleans, consulting on employment and payroll-related issues, employee relations, and university policies and procedures.

A New Orleans native, she has an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Delgado Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and she is currently working on her Master of Business Administration at the University of New Orleans. Brittany is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
