Brett joined Corporate Realty as a Property Manager in 2022. His property management oversight extends to office and retail assets which include the Napoleon Medical Office Building and the Azalea Plaza Shopping Center as well as the daily operations of both the New Orleans Exchange Centre in New Orleans and 2400 Veterans Boulevard in Metairie, totaling almost 500,000 square feet (sf). He is also responsible for yearly budgets and other financial aspects of these two properties.

Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Brett was a Property Manager with Select Properties, Ltd. He joined in 2011 as an Assistant Property Manager, handling all lease administration and operating statement reporting.  In 2016 Brett was promoted to a Property Manager position, coordinating all property management functions, including maintenance, development, and construction activities for his portfolio of properties (office and retail) as well as the financial and operational reporting. In addition to these tasks, he handled the leasing of his managed properties.  He began his career in 2007 as a supervisor and foreman with Shank Construction.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of New Orleans. He is a licensed agent and is currently working towards his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation.
