Brendan joined Corporate Realty as a Property Manager in 2025. His property management oversight includes the French Market Corporation’s retail assets, 864 S. Peters, and the Napoleon Medical Building.

Brendan began his real estate career in 2021 as a Property Manager at Stirling Properties in 2021. While at Stirling, he oversaw day-to-day operations for various multi-tenant retail and office assets throughout the Shreveport/Bossier City and Greater New Orleans areas, including Mid-City Market in New Orleans; Trader Joe’s Shopping Center, Oakridge Plaza Shopping Center, and 110 Veterans Office Building in Metairie; and Eastgate Plaza Shopping Center and Stirling Bossier Shopping Center in Shreveport/Bossier City. Prior to Stirling, Brendan was a Certified Athletic Trainer working at Tulane University and the University of Southern Mississippi, respectively.

A Baton Rouge native, Brendan earned his Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate Development from the A. B Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Louisiana State University (LSU) and a Master of Science in Sports Management from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM). He is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana and is currently working toward his CCIM designation.
