Emily Kramer, a Sales and Leasing Associate with Corporate Realty, was named to CityBusiness’ “Ones to Watch” List.
Emily began her career in real estate in 1996 upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Since then she has been involved in numerous retail and office transactions throughout southeast Louisiana as well as Mississippi. Her experience has been in representing both tenants and landlords. Emily holds a real estate license in both Louisiana and Mississippi.
Through her professional membership in organizations such as ChainLinks Retail Advisors (a national retail referral network), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Inc. (NOMAR), Emily has developed contacts throughout the nation.
Emily represents national retailer GameStop, Inc., and has established them in nearly 60 locations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. She has also represented the franchisees for Relax the Back, Learning Express Toys and Red Mango USA. Emily handled the site selections for Guaranty Savings Bank in New Orleans, served as representative for A & P Sav-A-Center and Shell / Motiva in disposition of their excess properties; and in the general commercial arena representing landlords in the selling and/or leasing of the property. She currently represents SalonCentric (L’Oreal USA) and StyleEncore, among others.
Emily is currently handling leasing for Mandeville’s Northlake Shopping Center anchored by The Fresh Market, PetSmart, Office Depot, and Times Grill.
