Hayden joined Corporate Realty as human resources generalist in December 2025. He brings more than nine years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, supporting organizations through strategic people initiatives and full-cycle recruitment.

Prior to Corporate Realty, Hayden lived and worked in Northwest Arkansas. He spent four years with J.B. Hunt Transport from 2017 to 2021, followed by four years at the Walmart Home Office from 2021 to 2025. He gained experience in large-scale, fast-paced corporate environments. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Committed to continuous learning and professional engagement, Hayden is a member of both the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the New Orleans chapter and is passionate about building strong workplace cultures and supporting organizational growth.
