Christina K. Donahoe joined Corporate Realty in 2026 as General Manager of 1515 Poydras Street and Riverside Park, bringing over two decades of experience in commercial property management, operations, and asset optimization.

She began her career with CBRE as a Property Administrator, building a strong foundation in property operations. In 2003, she joined Hertz Investment Group as Assistant Property Manager for 1450 Poydras Street. During her 22-year tenure with Hertz, Christina advanced to Senior Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of high-profile assets, including 400 Poydras Tower, Connect Hub Coworking, Poydras Center, City Centre, and Westpark. She contributed to developing policies and procedures, assisted in acquisitions, and took on expanded responsibilities that strengthened her expertise in asset strategy, financial performance, and team leadership.

Christina holds several prestigious professional designations that reflect her depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence: Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), Real Property Administrator (RPA®) through BOMI International, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) through the CCIM Institute, and LEED® Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). These credentials underscore her comprehensive expertise in property operations, investment strategy, and sustainable building practices.

She earned her MBA from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University, and she is a licensed real estate professional in Louisiana.

A dedicated industry leader, Christina is committed to advancing property management through professional involvement and mentorship. She served as President of the Louisiana Chapter of IREM in 2014.  She was recognized with the chapter’s Making the Difference Award for her years of service as an advisor to the Board of Directors and remains actively involved with the Louisiana Chapter.

A native of New Orleans, Christina graduated from Mount Carmel Academy and currently resides in Metairie with her husband, Andrew; their daughters, Madison and Abigail; and their rescue dog, Buddy.
