William is a Sales and Leasing Associate at Corporate Realty, specializing in retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial properties across Louisiana. He represents both landlords and tenants, providing strategic guidance and expert transactional support.
William has represented a diverse group of national and regional tenants, including Entergy Corporation, Verizon, Arby’s, McAlister’s Deli, Krystal, T-Mobile, Credit Human, Raymond James, Qdoba, Piccadilly, Papa John’s, Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and Marco’s Pizza. He has also worked with landlords on high-profile properties such as the Market Street Power Plant in New Orleans and 500 Bourbon Street, the former home of the Chris Owens Club.
His experience also includes supporting investors and developers with acquisitions and dispositions of office towers, multi-tenant shopping centers, and mixed-use developments. Additionally, he has been involved in the sale of multiple national fast-food assets throughout Louisiana.
William joined Corporate Realty in 2015 as a Research Analyst. In 2021 he was recognized as a Commercial Rising Star by the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) in 2021. He currently serves on the CID Board, having been elected to the 2024 Governing Board.
William earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from Auburn University and is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
