Dear Colleagues, Friends, and Family,

We hope that you and your family are enjoying a festive start to Carnival Season. As we enter the New Year, and recover from Boycott Bowl, we want to take a moment and reflect on all that we achieved in 2018. In 2018, Corporate Realty agents were involved in 338 office leasing transactions, 106 retail leasing transactions, and 48 sales transactions. We welcomed 4 new management assignments ranging from the management of the new New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) building on Howard Avenue to taking over the management of the Exchange Center (CBD) and the 2400 Veterans Blvd (Kenner) office buildings totaling over 500,000 sf. We continued and expanded our relationships with Ochsner and Tulane, two of New Orleans’s largest and most important institutions, and we continue to represent some of the most active and recognizable retail brands in this region including Starbucks, Costco, Chipotle, Aldi, TJX Co. and Five Below. Corporate Realty also remains extremely proud of its very long relationships with the largest and most successful office building ownerships in this region including the Feil Organization (Jeffrey Feil), Hertz Investment Group, the Benson organization (Gayle Benson), and Loeb Partners Realty. As we move into 2019, we have many accomplishments to brag about and much to be thankful for.

Corporate Realty agents and managers accomplish all of this and at the same time give back to the community through our time, our expertise, and our financial resources. Corporate Realty agents and brokers are involved in, and in many cases have leadership roles, in many of New Orleans’s most important civic and philanthropic organizations, including the New Orleans Museum of Art, the Bureau of Governmental Research (BGR), the New Orleans Business Council, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Idea Village, Contemporary Arts Center (CAC), Gulf Coast Family Services, Crescent Care and City Year New Orleans. We as individuals and a company believe that we have an obligation to give back and support the communities in which we live, work, and play.

We continue to be thankful that we live in the greatest country in the world and in the most interesting city in this country. Notwithstanding much of the ugliness that emanates from national politics, we remain optimistic about the future of our country and especially the opportunities that we are all afforded. It is our commitment to you, our friends, clients, and our neighbors, not to take these opportunities for granted.

We wish you all the best that that 2019 has to offer.
