Maureen Clary, CPM General Manager, Benson Tower

Maureen serves Corporate Realty as General Manager of the Benson Tower which has recently re-opened as a LEED Certified office building in the New Orleans CBD.

Maureen has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate and development including office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Maureen served as Executive Vice President of Latter and Blum Property Management and as Vice President and Director of Real Estate Services for the University of New Orleans Foundations. In that capacity, Maureen worked with the University partners in the acquisition, development and asset management of Foundation real estate, as well as the ongoing development, construction and operations of the 35-acre UNO Research and Technology Park and other Foundation public/private partnerships.

Maureen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from the University of New Orleans and a Certification in Urban Redevelopment from The University of Pennsylvania Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Louisiana.

Maureen is a member of the Lakeview Hospital Board of Trustees and the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of New Orleans. Maureen is a former commissioner of the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency, a former board member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas Advisory Board, a former board member of the West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and a founding member of the Northshore Housing Initiative. She is also Past President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and a former member of the IREM national faculty. Maureen has also been active in Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West serving as both board chair and President and CEO for a four year period after Hurricane Katrina.
