Jeff Cohn Leasing Associate

Jeff has over twenty years of commercial real estate knowledge. Specializing in office lease transactions for both landlords and tenants, Jeff is currently representing The Feil Organization’s portfolio in Metairie, Louisiana. This portfolio consists of more than one million square feet of office space located in the Galleria, Causeway Plaza and 3445 N. Causeway Boulevard.

From 1991 through 2007, he received the Commercial Investment Division’s Outstanding Achievement Award and is a Life Time Member, which means he has won the award for 10 consecutive years. This award is offered to real estate agents that produce over $2.5 million in sales per year.

Jeff has represented the following landlords: Xerox Realty, Equity Office, Security National Partners, B.F. Saul, Trammel Crow, Concorde Realty Partners and The Feil Organization. Also, he has represented the following Tenants: U.S. Sprint, MCI-Worldcom, York International, Fidelity and Deposit of Maryland, ADP, Merrill Lynch, Williams Communications, American Diabetes Association, Lockheed Martin and Texaco.

Jeff believes in giving back to the community. Currently, he on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division, and he regularly contributes to the University of Alabama, Isidore Newman School, and the American Diabetes Association.

Jeff graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. His studies focused on Real Estate as a major and a minor in both English and Marketing.
