In the past five years, Casey has been active in tenant representation with both office and retail properties. One of Casey’s niches is tenant representation in the food industry. Casey’s clients include both restaurants and grocery stores, which is no coincidence because food is one of Casey’s passions.
Bennett specializes in office leasing and sales in both tenant and landlord representation. Today, Bennett oversees the leasing of the one million square foot trophy property, Place St. Charles, in downtown New Orleans having brought that building from 79% leased to 92% leased from 1996 to 2012.
Justin joined Corporate Realty as an Assistant Property Manager in 2012 working on retail and office properties in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. He is responsible for the creation of yearly budgets, and other financial aspects of third party property management.
Emily has been a member of Corporate Realty since 2001 and has represented GameStop in nearly 60 locations throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, as well as various other retailers, such as Red Mango Frozen Yogurt, Relax the Back and Learning Express.
Austin joined Corporate Realty in 2011 as the Director of Marketing and Communications and a Sales and Leasing Associate. He is responsible for developing and implementing new strategies for connecting with current and future clients as well as improving internal communication.
As the Director of Engineering for Corporate Realty, John is responsible for more than thirty full-time employees. John’s responsibilities include assisting the Property Managers with total building maintenance, acting as an outside consultant for Corporate Realty’s . . .
In 1991, Helen joined Corporate Realty as the Special Projects Coordinator. Her responsibilities include property management, financial analysis for property sales and lease transactions, marketing sales packages, and supervision of all support personnel.
Bruce has been an active leasing broker in the greater New Orleans area for the past 25 years, during which time he has been responsible for leasing of more than 6.5 million square feet. He has represented both landlords and tenants, and spearheads leasing for the 1.2 million square foot Lakeway Center, achieving 95% occupancy and some of the highest rental rates in Greater New Orleans area.
As a native of New Orleans, Susan began her real estate career in 1981 when she joined a local commercial brokerage firm. Throughout her career, Susan has gained extensive experience in landlord representation as well as tenant representation.
