The Spears Consulting Group, a marketing, public relations and engagement firm, recently announced that they have moved from Mid-City to a new office in a recently redeveloped building at 132 Carondelet St. Suite A in the New Orleans Central Business District. Austin Lavin and Donna Whalen represented Spears Consulting Group in their search and negotiations for office space in New Orleans. Keith Adler represented himself as the Landlord of the building. Cleveland Spears, the President and CEO of the Spears Consulting Group, said that Austin and Donna’s knowledge of the New Orleans commercial real estate market was instrumental in making sure that he found the right office space for his company.
