Michael Pousson Earns LEED Accreditation

Michael Pousson, the Assistant General Manager of Benson Tower, earned the LEED Accredited Professional Interior Design + Construction credential in June and the LEED Accredited Professional Operations + Maintenance in October. Michael earned these credentials through his work with Benson Tower which was awarded LEED® Certification this year.

The LEED AP O+M credential distinguishes professionals participating in the operation and maintenance of existing buildings that implement sustainable practices and reduce the environmental impact of a building over its functional life cycle. The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) created this specialty credential to denote practical knowledge of the Green Building Operations + Maintenance LEED rating system: LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance.
